HONOLULU (KHON2) – The state is revoking medical cannabis pharmacy license for Pono Life Sciences Maui, LLC and its individual licensee, Dr. William Mitchell, Jr. after the Department of Health issues notice of violations and orders.

The regulation was enacted because it still failed to provide statutory annual independent financial audits. The licensee has 20 days to request a hearing to contest the notice.
